Sales Development Officer

*About the Role* Location: Occidental Mindoro & Romblon Role Type: Full-time Department: Commercial - Sales General Trade Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager As a Sales Development Officer, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our customer base.
In addition, you will research, map, and develop new accounts in your assigned territory and help strengthen product standing in the market.
*Other responsibilities include:* * Providing customer service and support to clients within the assigned geographic territory.
* Developing referral networks and extending market reach.
* Product use demonstration.
*To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:* * Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in business courses.
* Field sales experience is required * Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Driving skills and industrial sales experience will be an advantage but not required.
* Ability to travel and do fieldwork.
* Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and integrity.
