We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to focus on our Customer Lobby brand.
Customer Lobby is dedicated to helping businesses succeed.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the customer success team to understand and resolve customer issues and questions.
Find technical and non-technical solutions for customer-facing issues.
Design and develop tools for the customer success team to enable ticket resolution.
Document incoming Feature Requests for handoff to Product team.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
2+ years of professional software development experience in a web-based environment
Proficiency in Ruby
Working knowledge of HTTP and RESTful services, Microservices and Services-Oriented Architecture, and AWS or similar public cloud platform
Working knowledge of MySQL and database development
Strong communication skills to interface with internal teams and customers.
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to assess implemented processes and create improvement direction
Use best practices to document and write quality software
Encourages and accepts personal feedback
Can use judgment to solve problems where protocol might not exist
Nice to Haves:
Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks, such as JavaScript, React, VueJS, or Angular
Background in marketing applications
Experience working in an Agile development environment

With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency.
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD Per Year.
