*Commission-Based Brand Ambassador Role*
We are seeking a Commission-Based Brand Ambassador for Leaf VIP in California, targeting current cannabis brand representatives eager to add to their income.
This role is specially designed for individuals with a desire to make a significant impact in the cannabis community.
Your primary responsibility will be to introduce budtenders, at stores you are already visiting, to Leaf VIP, guiding them through the app download process, and demonstrating the value it brings to their daily operations and customer interactions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Directly engage with budtenders and retail staff, educating them about Leaf VIP and its benefits.
* Encourage and facilitate the download of the Leaf VIP app among budtenders, aiming to enhance their cannabis knowledge and sales capabilities.
* Utilize your existing network and relationships within the cannabis industry to introduce Leaf VIP to new users.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with cannabis retail staff and management.
* Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine and improve Leaf VIP's offerings.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position Leaf VIP as a leader in the market.
*Ideal Candidate Profile:*
* Active cannabis brand representative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to persuade and motivate others to take action.
* Goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Deep understanding of the cannabis industry, market trends, and retail dynamics.
* Flexible and adaptable, willing to work various hours including weekends and evenings as needed.

*Qualifications:*
* 1-3 years of experience in sales or brand representation, preferably within the cannabis industry.
* Demonstrated success in engaging customers and driving product adoption.
* Reliable transportation, willingness to travel to various retail locations, and flexibility in scheduling.
* A genuine enthusiasm for cannabis culture and a commitment to promoting educational initiatives.
