We are a business development and consulting firm looking for a Customer Service Representative.
We are searching for an out-of-the-box thinker and master communicator that will be able to contribute to the growth of our client through direct-to-consumer customer service strategies.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
* Build relationships by providing exceptional customer service and increasing brand exposure through informative conversations
* Have a thorough understanding of all products and services offered to be able to create targeted recommendations based on the customer’s wants and needs
* Ensure brand loyalty by handling consumer complaints or issues with poise and professionalism and be able to deliver timely solutions
* Work amongst other Brand Managers to develop brand awareness strategies focused on the services the client offers, the quality of those services, and their reputation
* Provide ongoing feedback by working directly with the customer service and sales department to receive real-time feedback as to what customers are looking for
Qualifications and Skill Sets Preferred:
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, account management, or customer service type position (this is preferred, but not required)
* Undeniable work ethic with a track record of proven high performance
* Must be a proven relationship builder with exceptional social skills and the ability to positively influence groups of people
* The kind of person who responds and follows through by responding to emails, calls, inquiries, and requests immediately
* Willing to become an expert in marketing industry trends, best business development practices, and creating seamless brand experiences

00 - $1,200.
00 per week
