Your Role
The Transformation team is improving the lives of those we serve by simplifying, automating and digitizing end-to-end operational processes.
The Product Insights & Reporting, Consultant will report to the Director, Transformation (Broker & Encounters).
In this role you will partner with operational business partners to understand, document, analyze, and improve value delivery.
This role is integral in understanding processes, data, challenges, and arming the team with information to build strong business cases and quantify the impact of transformation.
Your Work In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams through Process Improvement process steps, guide development of data collection/root cause analysis, data interpretation, customer journey mapping, process mapping and forecasting of benefits, guide prioritization of efforts based on impact, cost and ease of implementation Provide inputs on business models, incentive systems and performance management tools and support engagement with business owners to assess and evaluate specific recommendations around optimization Analyze and assure the quality of data collected and develop data collection plans Define highly complex business and customer needs and provide analysis toward operational efficiency and drive change within the organization Develop methodology for forecasting of benefits and guide prioritization of efforts based on impact, cost and ease of implementation Drive new metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations to better understand an end to end customer experience including touchpoints, cross-channel behaviors, competitive offerings, drivers, preferences and segmentation Drive requirements discovery efforts with stakeholders and key business partners to identify and analyze business needs, process, data, and integration requirements for the applications Identify systems and operational deficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline procedures for more effective reporting Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on the departmental results QUALIFICATIONS Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A Six Sigma green belt from either Six Sigma or LEAN is highly preferred Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience leading BPM/continuous improvement activities from ideation through execution Experience in Design Thinking, process mapping and facilitation tools Skilled in business case development and benefits realization models Familiarity with Scaled Agile SAFE practices a plus Healthcare experience a plus Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $118,800.
00 to $178,200.
00 for California.
