About the Role
The Supply Chain Product Manager is a creative and data driven problem solver, utilizing technology solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing supply chain technology solutions that align with the company's growth and profitability goals.
This is a hands-on role and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including food innovation, operations, logistics, engineering, and marketing, to enhance supply chain processes and ensure the most efficient flow of products from purchasing to delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ideate, design, and develop supply chain solutions that enhance operational efficiency and help the company meet customer expectations 100% of the time.
Complete analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, IT, and the production kitchen, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of supply chain products with overall company goals.
Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements for product development.
Oversee the product lifecycle, (concept to end-of-life), ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to changing market dynamics.
Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business priorities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to optimize the supply chain network.
Train the purchasing, category management and operations teams on new processes or technology changes.
Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5+ years in supply chain management, product management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and industry best practices.
Project management skills with a track record of successful product launches.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Ability to see the big picture and business processes from end to end.
Ability to be scrappy and find tech workarounds or utilize Excel, Sheets, etc.
Ability to influence stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
$100,000 - $120,000 a year
