Position Purpose
The System Analyst acts on own initiative or in coordination with a Program Manager/Director to reliably deliver the most effective solutions for information and business process needs that align with the overall corporate strategies.
This includes assimilating business objectives and system capabilities, coordinating technical elements and administration of subject area systems, maintaining technical roadmaps for in-scope information systems, and driving and measuring support efficiencies in line with IS department objectives.
Functional Responsibility Essential Duties Conducts research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
Includes impact analysis of proposed solutions across the business.
Assists with or facilitates requirements definition with business partners to drive to consensus for a desired future state Leads or participates in the documentation of functional and/or technical requirements to achieve greater system effectiveness and efficiency.
Assists Program Directors and Managers in project management and or assumes role as project leader as needed Participates in or leads system and end-user unit acceptance testing Identifies, troubleshoots and provides IS related issue resolutions in respective business units and associated information systems Serves as subject matter expert on data structures and integrity for systems within scope of responsibility.
Leads system administration efforts for technology in respective area of responsibility Participates in the system configuration of respective systems Oversees support activities for business users on in-scope platforms, tools and applications Provides second level operational support for the Support Desk team; transfers knowledge to Support Desk to improve organizational support efficiencies Supports business driven non-project-based department and corporate initiatives Adheres to standards for procedures and documentation.
Also participates in furthering department standards Understands system interdependencies and collaborates with other teams accordingly Responsible for maintaining operational and administrative documentation of in-scope systems Furthers professional capabilities via publications, industry seminars and networking with other professionals *Other duties may be assigned Non-Essential Duties *Other duties may be assigned Minimum Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 3 years technical exposure and information systems related experience with specialization in one or more of these areas: Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Wine Production Experience in a winery or other consumer packaged goods environment is preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills System administration and application knowledge to support the respective business units Strong customer service orientation Ability to triage and prioritize activities to quickly to resolve issues Intellectual curiosity with clear and logical way of approaching tasks Ability to provide reliable time estimates, multitask and synthesize information from multiple sources Able and willing to collaborate in a team as well as cross-functionally Ability to analyze risk and make decisions with imperfect data Working Conditions Work is primarily performed in an office environment Work Standards Acts in a manner reflective of the Company culture of High Moral Standards, Innovation and Continuous Evolution, Trust in Team, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainable Relationships Communicates, interacts, and works effectively with others; receptive to feedback and coaching; voices concerns in a constructive manner Demonstrates commitment to safety first; communicates safety concerns; promotes a safe work environment based on established safety standards and training Follows all Company policies and procedures Additional Comments Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time.

The pay range for this position is $87,806.
88 to $137,307.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
