Membership Associates earn commissions on product and membership sales.
They operate our Front Desk, provide information to potential customers, and initiate new memberships.
We will teach all the Sales Skills you will need to be a success.
Strong communications skills, and an ability to develop relationships with our customers is required.
Interest in sales is a plus!
REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent speaking, communication, and customer service skills.
· Friendly and helpful attitude.
· Ability to educate others through clear, and efficient communication.
· Must be fluent in English and able to communicate in person and via phone, text message and email.
· Must be able to balance attention between assigned tasks, customers and incoming text, email and phone communications.
· Must have proficient computer skills
· Occasional travel to local promotional events may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
Educate potential customers about our services and how we operate.
Determine customer's needs through intelligent questioning, and record this intake information for other staff.
Book and confirm first time customers into appointments.
Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients when they enter the studio.
Establish relationships with customers to enhance customer experience and carryout member requests.
Follow written directions including scripts and reference guides to execute sales conversations and other processes.
Present membership details to current and prospective members and intelligently respond to expressed concerns and objections.
Leave voicemails and send texts to follow-up with leads.
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club.
Ensure the studio is clean and tidy.
Ensure studio staff are adhering to studio processes.
Identifying and handling scheduling, billing and data entry errors.
Other duties as assigned
