The pay is profit-share based; 40% of all gross sales from date of hire.
Inclusive of platform generated ad sales.
For example, whether your direct work generates a sale, or the sale is made from google / etsy paid ads, you still get 40% of the profit on every sale.
Paid weekly via a direct Venmo transfer from our business account.
