We are looking to grow operations by hiring a Marketing and Sales Associate.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with marketing, advertising, sales, and customer service experience and a desire to work in a dynamic environment with a lot of room for creativity.
The right Marketing and Sales Associate has a strong understanding of the outdoor industry and a broad range of experience.

Key Functions: Marketing ~30% · Develop marketing strategies · Manage marketing calendar · Generate content and oversee social media page · Forge and foster partnerships with other brands · Interact with potential customers at tradeshows, expos, and other events · Manage partnership programs and initiatives · Develop strategies to generate better brand recognition · Collect data on customer reach/conduct ongoing marketing research · Expand marketing to new audiences · Oversee new product launch campaigns Sales ~ 30% · Ensure all customer questions are answered in a timely and comprehensive manner · Schedule customers for in-person pickups and vehicle outfitting appointments · Assist in mounting systems during in person pickups and vehicle outfitting appointments · Create and manage invoices · Promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers Advertising ~15% · Identify and research potential customers · Track, identify and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline · Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business · Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets · Overseeing advertising projects, activities, and channels used to reach new customers · Determine the types of advertising channels and manage related budget allocation · Set goals and timelines for advertising campaigns · Evaluate success of advertising methods Operations ~ 25% · Assist in assembly of kitchen and drawer systems · Assist with pick, pack, and shipment of orders · Assist in receiving and restocking inventory Skills & Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field · 3+ years in sales, marketing, and/or related business setting · Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects · Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, social media, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar · High degree of analytical and critical thinking skills · Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills · Strong organizational and time management skills · Ability to assist in moving and handling of merchandise up to 90 pounds, which entails lifting and performing all functions as set forth · Carpentry experience preferred Benefits: · Job Type: Full-time · 100 Hours Paid Time Off · 11 Paid Holidays · Health Insurance · Access to use Nomad Kitchen Co products, accessories, and a suite of camping and cooking gear · Fun, immersive environment with opportunity to experience a range of business experiences · Opportunity for involvement in new product development and testing · Reimbursement available when creating high value content when using our products Schedule: (Hybrid after first 90 days) Work Location: · On site 3-4 days a week We believe that corporations’ bad behavior disproportionately hurts the most marginalized people in society — including people of color, people from working-class backgrounds, women, and LGBTQ people.
