Under the direction of the Sr.
Director, Marketing, the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies and campaigns that support the company engagement goals.
This position will work as individual contributor to produce, coordinate and distribute broad-based and targeted communications across multiple channels including email, social media, and websites platforms.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the digital marketing roadmap development and implementation, serving as the primary contact for all digital marketing initiatives, including digital advertising (social media, search, display, native, retargeting and video), creative services, website, app and email marketing
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.
g.
website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand visibility and consistency
Measure ROI and KPIs
Adjust and optimize campaigns and/or initiatives considering SEO and Google Analytics
Collaborate with internal and external partners for consistent branding and strategic communication
Research and stay current with digital trends, technologies and strategies
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Craft policies and guidelines to govern and promote social media usage
Manage and track media budget
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a relevant digital marketing role
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices, SEO/SEM, email marketing and digital advertising strategy o Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software o Familiarity with web design
Ability to manage multiple projects and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of digital channels
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making o Proactive, innovative, and creative
The salary range for candidates residing in California for this position is $140,000 USD to $170,000 USD annually.
This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation geographic location, individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock option plan.
