The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application Specialist (CRMAS) will support company growth by enhancing and managing the CRM system and the data from business applications.
The CRMAS is responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Salesforce Health Cloud for the organization.
The CRM Application Specialist works with internal and external teams to ensure quality of services, and applications.
The focus will be current and future enterprise CRM Platform needs and changes.
Will carry out product plans to meet functional and non-functional requirements of business units
Will work to improve existing CRM Service, deploy changes, and support end user training.
This role will be a key contributor to ensuring the CNS organizational needs are met by the CRM platform.
Work is full time at CNS facilities, and other locations as needed.

JOB TASKS:
Administers CRM daily operations; monitors systems and resolves performance issues and other failures.
Performs feasibility studies and proof of concepts to evaluate solutions.
Works with end users to prepare for Salesforce critical updates and releases, including testing, training, and communication.
Processes support tickets appropriately and efficiently.
Collaborates and assists Data Engineers in Data ingestion and extraction via Salesforce APIs.
Builds and manages flows, layouts, and user profiles.
Assists with reports and dashboards.
SPECIAL SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL LEVEL, TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience will be considered in place of a degree.
5 years of experience in marketing application support.
Previous experience in a marketing setting required.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems interfacing (APEX, HTML, JavaScript) preferred.
Direct backend systems knowledge and experience with Salesforce Health Cloud preferred.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are arrived at each unique case.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $95,000-$115,000/year.
