Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and research potential leads through various channels, email outreach, networking, cupcake drop offs (travel required) and social media.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, addressing their inquiries, and providing tailored solutions.
Execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales goals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the leadership.
