The Role Wayfinder is searching for a Digital Marketing Coordinator/HubSpot Specialist contractor to support our team.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator contractor will drive the deployment and analysis of high-priority email marketing initiatives, as well as assist with landing page creation and various HubSpot needs.
This is an ideal role for a creative, HubSpot-savvy individual looking to work a significant number of hours each week with a mission-driven team.

Role Responsibilities Include: Work hands-on in HubSpot to write compelling emails, build eye-catching landing pages, and develop automated marketing campaigns that convert — eventually becoming Wayfinder’s internal HubSpot expert Proactively populate, proof, test, and deploy weekly or daily emails and other marketing campaigns with our custom email builder tool.
Work closely with team management to ensure exact specifications are met and that email content aligns with overarching marketing goals.
Check that information and links are correct, check for accuracy, communicate errors, and sign off on the final version.
Build database segments based on specifications and instructions and ensure email audiences are accurate Monitor email deliverability and address any issues Facilitate proper review processes Interact with internal teams and/or stakeholders as needed with regard to production Make recommendations for how to optimize and improve work in line with team goals Create tracking links and reporting Carry out A/B testing and reporting Copywrite, edit, and proofread as needed Follow email brand guidelines and fix inconsistencies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to innovate and improve our digital marketing efforts Complete other duties and projects as assigned Please note the exact scope of this project will be determined in consultation with the contractor.
Requirements Role Qualifications: The person who takes this role should have a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform for Marketing and Sales Hubs, including email and landing page development, building workflows, maintaining Contact record hygiene, and other functions The person who takes this role must be detail-oriented.
The right person is an expert at testing and scheduling emails to guarantee error-free email sends This role will collaborate across different Wayfinder crews for review processes and execution Experience in monitoring email deliverability and performance, including technical setup, is a major plus Time Commitment: The exact time commitment will be determined in consultation with the candidate and will depend on the final scope of work, but will not exceed 25 hours per week Ideally, the candidate will have availability for at least one virtual meeting during business hours (8AM - 5PM) per week Benefits Pay: Applicants for this role should assume 20 hours per week and include their hourly rate in their application.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
