*Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience with Home Health Care and/or Hospice/care Marketing.
Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills
Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation
*Responsibilities*
1) Responsible for managing aspects of organization marketing.
2) Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, and negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral.
3) Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives
4) Assures that staff understand and adheres to all laws, statutes and regulations regarding anti-kickback, lawful marketing activities (gifts and services), patient solicitation, and
5) Ensures maximum third party reimbursement through effective negotiation of service.
6) Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in getting contracts to different insurance providers.
7) Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a area marketing plan designed to meet budgetary projections.
Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve projections within the budget.
Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
8) Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $49,204.
55 - $59,257.
