Job Summary:
As a Sales & Marketing Associate for AEC Living, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our senior living services and facilities to prospective clients in Alameda and the greater Bay Area.
This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.
As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales and marketing skills to drive business growth and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our senior living services and facilities.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and community organizations.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales activities.
Respond to inquiries and conduct follow-ups with potential clients.
Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities and communication.
Attend community events and trade shows to promote AEC Living and its services.
Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry developments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, calendars, and CRM software.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
AEC Living residential buildings are pet friendly, residents may have animals in their private apartments and dogs are walked through the building.
The Marketing Assistant may have interactions with these animals.
AEC Living is a group of independently operated senior services including assisted living communities, independent co-housing, a Medicare-approved outpatient rehabilitation agency, and a home care agency, each developed by the Zimmerman family to serve the needs of seniors in the East Bay.
Waters Edge Lodge, Elders Inn, AES Therapy & Fitness, and AEC Home Care all complement each other to provide a continuum of services designed to promote quality of life, and help every resident and client achieve the greatest level independence.
