In this key role as the Sr.
Manager, Campaign Operations , you will oversee a team of Campaign Managers in their day-to-day management of ad campaigns, support the sales and account management teams in driving new revenue opportunities and be involved with inventory and yield management.
What You'll Do Lead the campaign management team to ensure ad campaigns meet client delivery and performance goals Field and coordinate resolutions to campaign ad serving issues Identify delivery and revenue risks and work with internal teams to mitigate them Maintain team process documentation and coordinate training plans for new hires Respond to ad hoc requests of campaign management team Communicate campaign delivery and delivery issues to relevant internal teams Develop new processes to help improve team productivity and efficiency Work closely with Director, Campaign Operations to establish and track team goals Conduct regular one on ones with direct reports to develop professional growth Provide campaign status updates for team’s accounts as needed Effectively train team in strategies to analyze and optimize ad campaigns for both delivery and performance Assist Ad Ops team with ad hoc projects as needed Work with Tech team to assist with creation and testing of new tools Coordinate ad hoc reporting requests from multiple departments Who You Are Bachelor's Degree required 4-6 years of ad ops experience 2+ years managing direct reports 1+ year experience in customer facing role Strong working knowledge of online ad serving/ad servers Robust knowledge of third party vendor reporting Excellent relationship management, teamwork and communication skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Strong working knowledge of Excel (such as pivot tables, v-lookup) Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Enthusiastic, positive attitude This role requires the position to be located in San Francisco, CA with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.
The base salary for this role is between $85,000 to $105,000 annually.
The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
