Inside Sales Representative - Parts Department
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative who excels in a fast-paced technical environment.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving order acquisition and revenue growth for our parts department.

Responsibilities:
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound follow-up and proactive outbound “warm” calls and emails.
* Process and maintain customer orders.
Provide price quotes, and quote follow up.
* Close sales and consistently achieve quarterly sales targets.
* Act as the initial point of contact for all incoming customer requests, purchase orders, emails, calls, and inquiries, adeptly triaging them to the appropriate sales representative while also handling a portion of them independently.
* Identify and assess opportunities, effectively upsell and cross-sell parts.
* Assist in maintaining the E-Commerce operations, including processing orders, updating the parts store inventory, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and completeness of product listings, and promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues to maintain a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
* Conduct thorough research on active accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our parts offerings.
* Maintain and expand a comprehensive database of prospects within your active customer base.
Skills Required:
* Minimum of three years’ experience in inside sales or customer service, within an office environment.
Or, a 4-year college degree with one year of sales or customer service experience.
* Proven track record in inside sales or customer service, preferably within the parts industry.
* Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets or exceeding customer expectations.
* Strong phone presence with experience in making and receiving a high volume of calls per day.
* Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Goal oriented with a continual drive to succeed.
* Proficient in computer usage, with the ability to quickly adapt and intuitively navigate software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, online resources (including intranet platforms), and phone systems.
* Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar, is preferred but not required.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective listening skills coupled with a sharp memory for retaining key information.
* Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, even in the face of interruptions.
* Self-motivated with a positive outgoing attitude.
