What You’ll Be Doing:
Brand Partnership: Build upon or establish long term partnerships with our independent retail partners, and pro-actively manage the needs of their business to foster sustainable growth
Provide strategy: Assure strategic financial plans are in place to maximize wholesale shipments, retail sales and margin goals.
Work cross functionally to deliver compelling merchandise plans and effectively manage inventory.
Identify opportunities: Identify key opportunities, perform on-going analysis of current business and implement the appropriate tactics to grow the business.
Negotiate and influence: Build top down and bottoms up plans, collaborate with internal and external partners to gain buy-in.
Financial & inventory forecasting: Forecast and maximize key item replenishment and fashion inventory considering localization needs, brand marketing styles, and in-season market trends.

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!:
Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
5+ years Sales experience working in retail/wholesale
Strong planning, analytical and quantitative skills; leveraging data and metrics to develop assumptions and support conclusions.
SAP and BI experience a plus.
Able to travel a minimum of 50%
Must reside in the mid-west region
This position has a compensation range of $82,129- $99,376.
Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position.
The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience.
