What You’ll Be Doing:
Create and Maintain: Develop internal media strategy and oversee implementation in order to drive profitable eCommerce and revenue growth across all paid channels.
Coordinate: Partner with brand and eCommerce teams to ensure channel execution aligns with brand objectives and brand standards, while also ensuring that brand websites provide the optimal experience for traffic generated by performance marketing channels.
Manage: Lead digital marketing agency to execute brand and seasonal initiatives, creative assets, and testing plans.
Provide constructive feedback directly to agency management team to improve processes and performance.
Collaborate: Partner with Analytics & Consumer Insights teams to drive continuous improvement through measurement.
Become an Expert: Drive innovation in media strategy and approach.
Identify, vet and launch new channel pilots in partnership with digital marketing agency and prospective vendors or publishers with aligned objectives and KPI’s.

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of previous business experience in digital marketing or direct marketing; digital marketing agency experience is highly regarded
Proficient at managing self-service platforms like Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Pinterest, and Rakuten
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and enjoy working with data to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decisions, and measure results
Microsoft Office, web analytics, proficiency in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred
This position has a compensation range of $114,870- $140,716.
Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position.
The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
