AEM helps customers organize and manage the delivery of creative assets and other content across digital marketing channels, including web, mobile, email, social media, and video.
The AEM consulting team is responsible for providing expert skills in the implementation of the Adobe AEM s olution offering as well as integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions and interfacing with clients' existing IT infrastructure.
Adobe Consulting engagements involve full life-cycle project delivery, in-depth product, and technical consulting, and mentoring and knowledge transfer customers.
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Digital Asset Management (DAM) Strategists to join the Adobe Consulting Delivery team.
These key Business Consultants will work with our multi-functional solution teams to deliver incremental high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring confirmed experience in delivering AEM solutions helping to lead large and sophisticated multi-technology agile projects, and will possess the skills to interact, and work with a broad range of personalities and functions, including the client, business owners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, project managers and product management.
Responsibilities: Deliver high quality consulting services to our growing client base and lead ambassadorship in our client relationships Function as lead DAM Strategist for our enterprise projects Provides deep expertise in Digital Asset Strategy, Library Science and Asset Management Defines and configures Metadata & Taxonomy in AEM to meet customer needs Focuses on Asset Management Use Cases with AEM Promotes Successful Asset & System Governance Leads the implementation team to ensure that all digital assets are successfully migrated, with accurate metadata, uploaded into the Adobe digital asset management (DAM) system Collaborate with business partners and users within customer’s organization to develop its digital asset management strategy and vision Work with business and technical team leaders on metadata, taxonomy structure, tagging, implementation and rollout of DAM, along with the upload and organization of assets, troubleshooting, and training Effectively analyze complex project issues, identify gaps, and the possible solution options, along with facilitating the presentation and review of the options and our recommended solution with the client Mentor and guide others on the team, from new hire on-boarding to complex implementation issues Lead the team in identifying , capturing, and distributing knowledge and standard methodologies with clients, partners and colleagues via direct interaction and Adobe communities Requirements : 5-10 years’ experience in the Web and/or ECMS technologies 3+ years of direct client consulting experience Previous experience as a DAM Strategist, Content Librarian or Product Owner Understanding or experience in using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems Experience with Agile Scrum process and Backlog Management and Wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence Experience with enterprise software implementation Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements Experience with developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations Strong problem-solving skills Superb communication skills Ability to optimally collaborate in a multi-functional team environment Development or Testing experience a plus AEM Business Practitioners certification a plus Position may require up to 15% travel Adobe is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.
S.
geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.
S.
pay range for this position is $113,000 -- $195,200 annually.
Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
