*Position Overview: *As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maximizing sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their glass-related needs, and effectively conveying the value of our products and services.
Your communication skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service will be key to your success in this role.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Engage with customers over the phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their glass product and service requirements.
* Provide accurate and timely information about our products, pricing, and service offerings.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, products, and competition to effectively address customer inquiries.
* Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.
* Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the glass service industry or related construction service field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Results-driven attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
