We seek a Wax Center Manager with growth potential to oversee a staff of approximately twenty associates in a nationally ranked, top-performing wax center.
Qualified applicants will be highly motivated self-starters who can juggle multiple priorities proficiently while providing team leadership, motivation, guidance, mentoring, and support in a performance driven environment.

*The ideal candidate will:*
* Maintain a professional, positive, upbeat attitude, and love to have fun while being awesome!
* Have 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
* Have 2-5 years of retail or beauty industry experience.
* Desire to train, motivate, and coach a team to reach performance goals.
* Have the ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates.
* Oversee all aspects of center operations and inventory control.
* Be experienced in hiring, scheduling, and payroll.
* Be open-minded, curious, and willing to learn.
* Have Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, email, and POS).
* Enjoy focusing on ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Have the flexibility to react quickly to changing circumstances.
* Possess good judgment.
* Maintain the EWC culture within the Wax Center.
* Ability to work 40 hours per week.
