*We are looking for an ENERGETIC and DETAIL-ORIENTED individual to join our SAN FRANCISCO location.
We are a specialty wine & spirits retailer with almost 20 years in San Francisco and 5+ years in Marin County! We are a small business, built on a big-business framework.

The *Retail Sales Associate *will join our team in *San Francisco*, with flexility and transportation to work in our San Rafael location on occasion as needed.
Working as part of the tight knit San Francisco team, you will also coordinate remotely with our San Rafael team.
Monthly all-location team meetings, periodic get togethers during the year, and various competitions throughout the year add extra fun to the job!
Our business philosophy: impeccable customer service and amazing product selection.
The successful candidate will have polished customer services skills and basic office computer aptitude, as well as a genuine passion for the wine & spirits industry.
And did we mention this is a Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturdays) position.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist customers visiting our store location
* Assist with online and phone order fulfillment: assemble orders/pack boxes/customer follow up via phone & email
* Stock and manage inventory on retail floor and storage area
* Accurately accept product deliveries from vendors
* Maintain presentation of the store
* Assist with merchandising displays
* Assist with vendor tastings and product selections: opportunity to try a myriad of wines & spirits
*Qualifications:*
* Professional customer service demeanor: polished people and communication skills.
* Attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
* Ability to multitask and stay on point when jumping between job functions.
* Basic knowledge of the wine/spirits/beer industry - and enthusiasm to geek out and learn more
* Ability to lift 40-50lbs, and stay on feet for 7-8 hours per day.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Strong work ethic and motivation.
* Must be at least 21 years old
