*Objectives of this Role* * Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments * Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration * Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies * Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics *Daily and Monthly Responsibilities * Manage all the below activities for Bauersit.

com and other entities under Bauer’s brands: * Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets * Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels * Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support * Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads * Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly * Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets * Create an executable Marketing Plan to result in interest, demand and recognition of our Commute/Transit Service, Charter Transportation, iCars and Logistics Management businesses * Manage PPC, SEO, SEM and social media activities and collaborate with other marketing/sales team members * Create weekly and monthly reports of various KPIs (including ad spend, # of leads, analytics, sales performance on forms/calls, CPA etc.
) * Monitor sales/CRM leads tracking from the sales team * Create reactivation and retargeting campaigns with email funnels * Cross-promote with other brands under Bauers and share intelligence * View HotJar sessions regularly and create a weekly report of learnings/areas of improvement to ensure the smooth functioning of the online website * Identify areas of automation in both marketing and sales end-to-end processes to increase efficiency * Making recommendations regarding process improvements * Ensure all tracking and analytics are in place on the website, webpages, emails, Call Rail, forms, buttons, and other areas regularly * Identify marketing strategies to grow key areas of business including corporate commute, charter, schools’ transportation * Monitor keywords, campaign performance, campaign/keyword budget allocation and negative keywords each week * Send 4-6 email newsletters per month per company * Manage Active Campaign/Mailchimp email newsletters * Identify creative campaigns, graphics, online copy/content * Monitor and report to remove unnecessary backlinks regularly * Manage and review content/imagery writing for dedicated landing pages, marketing ads, social ads * Ensure licensed images/graphics/fonts are used in all online channels, print material etc.
* Calculate ROI, profitability, campaign analysis, and manage ad spend budget across various online/offline channels, including different search engines * Manage events and special occasion campaigns (including Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving etc.
) to deliver relevant content regularly to target audiences via newsletters * Help improve keywords ranking * Lead generation via ZoomInfo and other similar tools * Online reputation management on Yelp, Google, YatPo, SignPost etc.
* Create NPS via email feedback from customers and report weekly * Manage social channels including Facebook, Instagram and Reels, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and more.
* Manage video content for online channels * Manage any A/B tests on the website and report regularly *Skills and Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns * Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills * Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity * Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools * Ability to make advertisers and agencies aware that they can advertise and activate on, and in our tech commuter buses, with the opportunity to expand the practice as it succeeds *Preferred Qualifications* * Master’s degree a plus * Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy * Established press and media contacts * Proven ability to lead in a cross-functional environment _Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
