You are well-versed in handling emotional clients and juggling several balls at once.
(Circus experience is a plus.

Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Commitment surrounding weekly open houses, lead generation and accountability Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Calls and certifications Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Qualifications We strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.

Here are some of the key proficiencies we’re looking for: You enjoy working with both buyers and sellers You currently closing at least 6 to 10 transactions annually You have an understanding of real estate tools such as CAR/ZipForms, DocuSign, MLS and consider yourself tech-savvy Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Brivity, BombBomb, G Suite (we provide you with all these tools, plus a lot more, at no cost to you) Location/commute: We all live and work all over the East Bay, but our market center is in Oakland.
Ideally you live within a quick drive to the Oakland Keller Williams office.
Type of employment/hours: While real estate agents set their own hours, we expect you to commit to this gig full-time, including weekends.
This isn’t a side hustle.
We also have a few weekly meetings we expect you to attend.
(Virtual is fine!) Benefits: Admin support 7 days a week, opportunity for growth within our team, investment opportunities, leverage when you leave town, committed clients assigned to you, leads, health care.
