We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator for our outstanding Plastic Surgery practice located in Union Square, San Francisco.
We are a boutique, high end, prestigious Plastic Surgery practice catering to patients from the Bay Area and across the world, headed by a well-known, highly respected Plastic Surgeon.

To do this we seek to give each of our patients a thoroughly positive experience with wonderful results for each of them.
We are seeking someone who has experience in luxury hospitality or sales or prior experience as a Plastic Surgical care coordinator.
Candidates must be personable, outgoing, mature, positive individuals who feel confident and excited while discussing surgery with our patients.
This will require an extensive knowledge of plastic surgery which will be taught to you.
You must also have demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales goals as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
Our ideal candidate will be able to engage patients on the phone, via email or in person to develop and foster the practice-patient relationship.
Once the patient comes to see us, they will work with patients to further help them understand different surgical procedures, articulate key points and discuss procedure advantages, costs and payment options.
Following surgery, they will contact patients postoperatively to ensure they are doing well.
This is a full-time position (8:30 – 5pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 3 on Friday).
Compensation is commensurate with experience and will be highly competitive.

Additional Qualifications
Providing premier customer service: 3 years, ideally in Plastic Surgery
Confident, friendly and caring
Ability to respond well to phone and online inquiries.
Highly developed listening skills.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and a self-starter
Basic computer proficiency – word, excel and ideally, Nextech
Social and email marketing a plus
Brief Summary of Duties
Respond to phone and online inquiries.
Acting as one of the faces and voices of our practice.
Contacting patients before their appointments to help familiarize them with procedures and with the doctor.
Meeting with patients to discuss their prospective surgery, articulate key advantages of the surgery, help instill in them an excitement and confidence in our practice.
Following up with patients after their consultation (detail-oriented qualities will be important)
Work with patients to educate patients on the value of surgery, discuss the costs of surgery and collect payment.
Helping to obtain consent for procedures, review postoperative instructions, etc.
with patients.
