We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead our social media efforts, driving engagement, fostering positivity, and promoting our mission.
This role involves managing the Social Media Specialist, developing strategic marketing recommendations, and ensuring our online presence aligns with our practice's values.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Copywriting:*
* Develop written communication across various platforms with a deep understanding of the voice of our practice.
* Stay informed about language sensitivity within the gender diverse community.
* Demonstrate excellence in grammar and diction, reflecting the precision of our practice.
* *Digital Media Production:*
* Generate compelling audiovisual content, focusing on video-oriented posts.
* Utilize visual design software to produce, edit, publish, and evaluate multimedia content.
* *Data Analytics/Metrics:*
* Evaluate and link social media efforts to tangible ROI.
* Report on social media metrics to showcase the impact on the practice.
* The ability to track Return on Investment (ROI)
* The ability to track the source of an increase in patient engagement
* *Curation, Trends, and Trend Forecast:*
* Stay ahead of current events and trends within the community.
* Collect and study information on consumer demographics for future marketing initiatives.
* Understand the gender affirming landscape in the San Francisco Bay Area
* *Customer Service:*
* Manage direct 1:1 communication on social platforms, ensuring HIPAA compliance and conflict resolution.
* Monitor and manage reports of inappropriate content linked to GCC.
* Able to collaborate with other healthcare entities to expand the GCC brand
* *Project Management / Social Media Management*
* Generate creative and temporally minded campaigns to drive community engagement.
* Monitor, test, and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts on practice visibility.
* Create and implement creative marketing strategies
* Responsible for digital communication on all GCC social media platforms
* Responding to messages and comments
* Commenting on posts from other accounts
* Sharing stories and engaging with followers
* Initiating communication in subreddits on Reddit
* Active participation in Facebook groups
* Additional administrative tasks as needed
* Heavy involvement in organizing candidates from the #AllofUs project
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in copywriting, digital media production, data analytics, and customer service.
* Understanding of language sensitivity within the gender diverse community.
* Proficiency in visual design software and multimedia content production.
* Ability to analyze social media metrics and demonstrate ROI.
* Keen interest in staying updated on trends and market research within the LGBTQIA+ community.
