Your role with our team will be a dual role with administrative duties such as customer service, data entry and handling telephone calls and providing clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services.
This position requires a high level of customer service and an extremely positive attitude.
We will certify and train you to welcome, test and service our clients.
We perform pre-employment and random drug testing for small to large businesses and individuals.

*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
*Business Development*:Identify and target potential business partners and corporate clients in various sectors in Richmond & Oakland, CA.
Develop and implement strategies to approach and secure new clients.
*Relationship Management*:Maintain and nurture existing relationships, ensuring continued patronage and referrals.
Understand the specific needs of each client and tailor services accordingly.
*Sales Presentations*:Prepare and present pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our services.
Offer demonstrations or tours of the Fastest Labs facility to prospective clients.
*Reporting & Analysis*: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation.
Provide insights on market needs, gaps, and opportunities for expansion.
