Description inPowered AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR/Events Manager to join our remote first team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging strategic communication and event management to elevate our brand presence, drive engagement, and foster meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive integrated communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Proactively pitch stories to secure positive media coverage.
Assist with the creation of compelling and consistent content across various channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, and other communication materials.
Develop and nurture an active and engaged digital community around our brand, products, or services across various online platforms.
Lead digital communication efforts, including managing the company's website, social media accounts, and email campaigns.
Monitor online presence and respond to online conversations.
Provide timely and helpful responses to community inquiries, feedback, and issues.
Serve as the liaison between the community and internal teams.
Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of key events, including conferences, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of communication strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Stay informed about industry trends, online culture, and emerging platforms to continuously evolve and improve the digital community strategy.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in PR, media relations, and event management.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for various audiences and channels.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional communication channels.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and event management software is a plus.
