The Marketing Technology Program Management team at Salesforce is looking for a proactive self-starter to fill the role of a Senior Program Manager.
This person will be a strategic operational partner to our extended Marketing Technology team as well as our partners.
This is a key role for a results-oriented person with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision-making, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments.
The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an agency and/or internal marketing department with a primary focus on digital or technology projects.
This individual will drive the management of various digital initiatives including but not limited to website/content migration initiatives, and more.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sophisticated, high-profile, cross-functional programs across Salesforce digital properties Lead multiple projects and project teams simultaneously across multiple orgs, departments, and partners, ensuring program goals are met Prioritize project planning, weekly meetings, and program communications Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet program objectives Thrive in ambiguity and be comfortable working without all the details Adapt quickly and easily to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Facilitate team discussions and resolve issues Partner with program teams and partners to identify requirements, set timelines, define RACIs, identify and resolve risk Lead a team of program managers, providing oversight, direction, and mentor Identify, develop, and roll out new processes or streamline existing processes, where applicable Bring order to the chaos Qualifications: Ten plus years project/program management experience in the digital space Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Ability to understand and drive creative and technical conversations to action-oriented solutions Strong understanding of digital/website production best practices, information architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics, A/B testing, development, QA, and how those pieces come together Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration Ability to lead in a cross-functional, matrixed management environment and proven experience working with teams across multiple departments and functions Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike Familiar with Agile methodologies and the ability to effectively use common PM tools (e.
g.
, Asana, Smartsheets, Google docs, etc.
).

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $164,000 to $225,500.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
