seeks Sr.
ISV Technical Account Manager in San Francisco, CA: Job Duties : Become a certified and recognized Salesforce expert.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to ISVs building commercial, enterprise-quality apps on the Salesforce platform.
Develop relationships with key business and technical stakeholders of assigned partner accounts to understand top business goals and priorities and serve as an expert on partner’s applications.
Facilitate architectural and design discussions with ISV partners to ensure technical success with Salesforce technologies.
Simplify partnership interactions by being a proactive liaison and focal point into Salesforce Technology and Product team and Technical Support Team, to address product feature/technical hurdles and explain the architecture and demo features of partner's apps.
Manage and communicate technical risks to partnership and coordinate with Salesforce account teams to ensure account plans and records are up to date.
Evangelize Salesforce products and features by building and presenting customized demos of Salesforce products.
Field technical inquiries from partners, related to Salesforce technology use cases, pilots, roadmaps, and assistance with ISV processes and tools.
Participate in all appropriate product, sales and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
Coordinate and manage technical communications with partners including emails, technical meetings, and chat.
Evangelize Salesforce platform technologies via interactions with partner community including in-person events, blogs, discussion forums, workshops, and webinars.
Telecommuting is an option.
Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements : Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements : One year experience in the following: (1) Scalable Application Architecture; (2) Salesforce Declarative App Creation (App Builder, Flow); (3) Salesforce Programmatic Development (ApexVF/LWC); (4) Salesforce Data Analytics and AI (Einstein); (5) Integration Solutions; (6) Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and Integration Technology (Platform Events/CDC/Connect); (7) Data Migration; (8) Salesforce DevOps (Salesforce DX, CI/CD, ANT, Metadata API).
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
Telecommuting is an option.
Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary : $170,955.
00 - $236,900.
00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $170,955 to $236,900.
For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $170,955 to $236,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
