TEAM DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Strategy and Operations team partners with our Sales Leaders to execute on strategic initiatives, build business cases, and drive revenue growth.
Our team deploys a mix of strategy, operations and analytics to help our Sales teams drive productivity and close deals.
We sit at the intersection of the most pressing issues for the business and serve as “strategic coaches” to our Sales Leaders.
We support the Sales teams in setting the right goals and ensuring they have the tools to achieve them.
The pace and environment feels more like a start-up than a big corporation.
Our team includes a diverse mix of consulting, finance, STEM, and tech backgrounds.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You will help drive the continued success of our Sales Leaders by supporting our growth strategy, making data-driven decisions to support the business, and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You are a current Junior (rising Senior) pursuing a Bachelor's degree; Business, Economics or STEM backgrounds are a plus but not required
You are a self-starter and have a bias towards ownership and action (i.

You are solutions-oriented and passionate about solving problems using data
You have strong interpersonal skills and will enjoy working collaboratively with other teams
You have some experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
