Overview Slack is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our self serve campaigns digital operations in support of the global growth marketing team.
This role will partner closely with domestic and international marketing managers to flawlessly plan, launch, and track advertising programs and budgets.

What you’ll do Responsible for campaign management, optimizing programs through paid social, programmatic and display to drive business outcomes.
Set up and QA advertising campaigns using multiple ad-serving platforms Troubleshoot ad serving errors and report discrepancies Report and monitor campaign performance in partnership with internal analytics team Process creative changes and campaign updates Manage campaign and digital project intake process and follow-up discovery sessions to ensure all needed information is gathered and prepped.
Be a liaison across campaign managers, channel owners, creative teams, agencies, marketing operation, and compliance teams to ensure projects are on time and meet requirements.
Manage source of truth documents repository across teams and ensure version control is accurate.
Manage ad platform vendor including billing (PO process, budgeting, invoicing, accruals, etc.
) Act as main point of contact for finance and procurement regarding budget managing financial operations for team Requirements Strong communicator, adept at building relationships to work cross-functionally and within your direct team.
Ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity, performing in a highly collaborative environment, with an ownership mentality toward outputs.
Previous experience required in either digital/web/mobile advertising/media Immaculate attention to detail Proactive, go-getter who takes ownership and is accountable for all their work Capable of prioritizing tasks and switch projects on the fly Experience with ad platforms and tag managers and agencies Experience working closely with creative teams a plus.
