Role Description: We are seeking a top-tier and strategic leader to take on the role of Director, Executive Sponsor Program Lead.
In this critical position, you will be responsible for building from the ground up and implementing a comprehensive executive sponsorship program.
Your efforts will be instrumental in curating a program that develops and tracks executive sponsorship at scale - ultimately deepening trust with our most strategic accounts.
Responsibilities: Executive Sponsor Program Development: Develop and nurture a roster of executive sponsors who understand customer priorities.
Implement and oversee a program that tracks executive sponsorship engagement at scale, ensuring the effectiveness of these relationships.
Work closely with account teams to drive consistent approaches, in alignment with executive sponsors.
Executive Sponsor Enablement: Enable and scale executive sponsorship competencies and jobs to be done both internally and externally.
Drive the visibility and accountability of executive sponsors through scorecards, customer surveys, and dashboards.
Centralized Relationship Management: Centralize visibility and coordination of customer, partner, and vendor relationships for top accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align executive sponsorship efforts with broader company initiatives.
Drive the team: Lead team focused on Executive Sponsorship Program.
Serve as key point of contact for team members.
Job Requirements: 12+ years of relevant professional experience Experience leading and inspiring a team Able to effectively establish rapport, credibility, and influence across all levels and departments both internal and external Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics Strong eye for business with the ability to navigate through ambiguity in order to effectively launch and lead a new program Exemplary communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers Preferred Skills: Experience with the Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms Consistent record of developing and implementing successful executive sponsorship programs Familiarity with Salesforce corporate strategy and business development lifecycle Accommodations If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form .
