As a Director of Product, Data and AI, Digital Intelligence working on this massive transformation you will own the strategy, development, and execution of our next-generation customer data models and AI-based segmentation solutions.
This role will work cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of special data products that align with the business goals of the organization with unparalleled insights.
This is a high visibility role working on a critical CMO objective and also calls for phenomenal exec presence and experience talking with external Customers and C suite levels.
You will lead a team of product managers to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our customer experience, drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure that products are designed with privacy at the forefront.
While you are a people manager, you are also a hands-on product manager willing and adept at rolling up your sleeves, working with scrum teams on a day-to-day basis, and working closely with engineering.

Hands-on Product Management Experience and Product Leadership This leadership role demands hands-on product management experience, a strong focus on building products that prioritize privacy and trust, and a consistent track record of leading successful teams.
Lead and work with a team platform Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure detailed integration of AI technologies into digital products and services.
Roadmap Development: Create and lead a comprehensive product roadmap for the customer data model and AI segmentation area.
Strong bias to create customer value and AI Implementation: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered segments and build a strategy to scale the building and consumption of the segments across the organization in a trusted way.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish important metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI-driven digital experiences.
Regularly analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Privacy-Centric Development: Ensure all products are designed with privacy at the forefront, adhering to standard methodologies and regulations.
Analytical Demeanour: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to demonstrate data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Collaborator Management: Collaborator Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Strategy, and Sales teams to design and deliver optimal solutions that Communicate efficiently with executive leadership, communicating AI strategies, progress updates, and results.
Collaborate with business collaborators to align AI initiatives with broader business goals.
Represent Salesforce on Salesforce for Data Cloud for internal users and customers, working closely with Product Marketing Managers and Sales to enable/educate them on what we do and how we use Data Cloud internally to promote the product.
Team Leadership: work with a team of product managers, setting clear objectives.
Qualifications 8-10 years of dynamic experience in product management, with a focus on delivering Data and AI products.
Previous leadership or management experience is required.
Experience speaking publicly to Executives and customers and ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical collaborators.
Experience working with remote/global teams and governance structures.
Consistent record of delivering successful products, concurrently and at scale.
Shown ability leading scrum teams, and writing detailed product/ technical requirement documentation Ability to quickly understand systems and technical concepts and an ability to jump into high-level architecture and related conversations in order to collaborate with Data engineers, Data Science, and other business partners.
Strategic problem solver who can improve both quantitative and qualitative data to advise your roadmap, and you have a curiosity about identifying both quick wins and big bets.
Experience providing enablement , product training, and technical expertise , facilitating creation and maintenance of proper product documentation , communicating work to collaborators, and participating in User discovery sessions with prospects and collaborators Education - We prefer a Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or equivalent business experience .
Preferred Technology - Proficiency / f amiliarity with our tech stack: Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
A huge plus with experience landing SaaS implementations and handling organizational change for adoption.
Salesforce certifications and/or Trailhead Super Badges General knowledge or previous working experience/exposure to sales, sales operations, and/or B2B marketing.
Understanding and familiarity with marketing technology solutions and the Digital Marketing domain Experience working with/leading contractors/consultants Experience interacting with customers on calls and making pitches to small/medium-sized audiences at conferences.
