*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative in our Medicare Department.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead processing, account management, customer satisfaction, and customer service.
They will be responsible for making calls to leads, answering inbound calls, and helping customers with their health insurance needs.
This position will also help to manage data sets of client and commission information and uploading that data into our CRM.
If you are not already licensed for Life and Health Insurance, we will help you with training, testing, and the process of becoming an insurance agent.
This is an entry level position that could become a lifelong carrier for the right candidate.
*Qualifications*
* Intermediate to Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel, other office software is a plus
* Knowledge of the Google Suite including Gmail and Calendar
* Typing 40 wpm+ and 10 key
* Inside Sales and Account Management skills
* Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction
* Ability to self-start and maintain existing customer relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
* Must live close to 95405
* Able to lift 20-40 lbs on an occasional basis

* Hourly Base starts at $42,000 per year DOE
