Position Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play in instrumental role in SkinSpirit’s national growth.
As the leader of digital channels, this role will be responsible for maximizing opportunities across the customer journey.
This includes leading the advertising strategy and budget, managing key channels, and directing reporting and analytics.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing and partners with key external vendors.
What You’ll Do:
Manage SkinSpirit’s lifecycle marketing strategy ensuring digital opportunities are maximized and performed in coordination with offline channels
Lead advertising strategy and manage agency partners to execute tactics across channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social and other multi-channel campaigns as relevant
Manage digital marketing budget allocation to maximize our return on investment while meeting acquisition targets
Lead the digital reporting and analytics strategy to illuminate and maximize opportunities across the consumer journey.
Create and maintain marketing dashboards and campaign performance reports using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics
Ensure best-in-class website performance that promotes strong traffic growth, lead generation and on-site conversion.
Collaborate with external agencies, including a SEO vendor, to hit performance targets
Expand A/B testing strategy across channels and funnel insights to key internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support advertising efforts and identify opportunities to amplify organic initiatives
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
7+ years relevant experience in digital marketing and/or paid media planning and execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and provide insights on data
Diverse knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms
Proficient with reporting and data tools, including HubSpot and Google Analytics
Proficient with SEO, SEM and paid search platforms
Desire to implement ongoing A/B testing strategy
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage several initiatives and priorities at one time
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear
Compensation Range: $110,000 - $140,000*
*Compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, experience, location, etc.
