The Opportunity: Your role at Sephora: As an Architect in Supply Chain Business Process, you will work directly with Supply Chain Business Partners to lead the solution, design and delivery of both projects and enhancements related to our warehousing, logistics and fulfillment systems.
Your solutions will support the United States and Canada Distribution Centers.
In addition, you will: Show your knowledge of WMS Operational Processes using Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS Warehouse Management System Use your knowledge of distribution best practices to design and create new processes Lead the design of the improvement, replacement, and implementation of new and existing Logistics Systems (WMS, WES, TMS, Automation, etc) Understand and contribute to the documentation of JIRA Epics/Stories and shepherd them through the Sephora Development Process Work with business partners to define system solution requirements Lead discussions with the technical design team to solutioning complex issues, system enhancements and projects Work in a team environment for cross-functional or enterprise projects and initiatives representing Supply Chain Translate business requirements into stories Use your existing knowledge to enhance Sephora’s WMS, and other systems along with end-to-end processes We’re excited about you if you have: 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience OR a bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology discipline with an additional 3-5 years (or more) of real-world experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead a conversation with Industrial Engineers and/or business partners to discuss and contribute to solution development Ability to maintain business-ready technological documentation Experience with, and knowledge in, the following: Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System JIRA, Confluence MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Notes) Lucidchart Collaboration Tools MS Teams OneDrive MS SharePoint Zoom Knowledge of the technological development processes Ability to recognize and clearly document key discussion points during business meetings Strong technical vocabulary A detail-oriented mind You are ahead of the game if you also have experience in: Recent releases of Blue Yonder WMS WES implementation Goods-to-Person (KNAPP preferred) TMS Integration (MercuryGate preferred) Parcel Shipping Solutions The annual base salary range for this position is $132,624.
00 - $174,990.
00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
