We are a Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm business hours company.
No overtime, night, weekend, or holiday working hours.
*We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Manager to join our team.
As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our small team delivers exceptional customer service.
* *Responsibilities:* * Daily review of inbound & outbound CSR/DSR calls for Quality Assurance.
* Review CSR and DSR employee overall performance.
* Management of all lead sources.
* Facilitation of Call Center Daily Huddle.
* Point of Contact for CSR’s questions, script changes, and rollover calls.
* Support CSR/DSR with any incomplete daily tasks.
* Handle escalated customer complaints or issues.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction * Ultimate Backup Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher & Service Manager if any outages.
* Ownership of various CRM Reports.
Review and Update the team for action items.
* 3rd Party Call Center representative management, training.
feedback, etc.

* 3rd Party Call center portal Review and Update the team for action items.
* CSR & DSR recruiting, interview, hiring, and onboarding processes.
* CSR & DSR 1-on-1 meetings, reviews, and disciplinary action items.
* Capacity Management & review of Dispatcher’s job placements.
* Prepare notes for Call Center Department meeting with Operations Manager.
* End-of Day, End-of Week, and End-of-Month Call Center Reports to Operations Manager.
* Other duties may be assigned.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively managing a call center team and interacting with customers.

Supervising: Strong supervisory skills are necessary to lead, motivate, and support a team of call center representatives.
