*Tasks and responsibilities:*
This is a multi-faceted role so you will be assisting different divisions within the company.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a direct and visible impact to a growing brand, as well as learn from cross-functional leadership.
Your job scope can be broadly categorized into the following segments below.
*Marketing Support:*
* Product naming and content creation
* Assist with crafting creative and compelling names for new products, ensuring alignment with our brand's identity and target audience
* Write engaging and informative product description copy for the website and packaging, conveying key product features and benefits
* Brand Ambassador Program
* Strengthen relationships with key influencers we already collaborate with and cultivate new relationships while actively searching for new opportunities to elevate the program
* Create contracts, maintain outreach and communication, coordinate shipments of products and gather feedback
* Track and report progress on quarterly KPIs
* Research and execute new marketing strategies to grow our D2C website
* Manage and optimize our Affiliate Program, fostering relationships with affiliates to maximize reach and impact
* Help organize and attend local events to increase brand awareness
*Customer Service:*
* Assist with any B2C customer calls, emails and online chat support to address customer concerns and provide product or order information
* Act as a backup for our Customer Service Lead during their absence, ensuring seamless customer support and issue resolution
* Proactively contribute to the growth of our help center by identifying common customer inquiries and collaborating with the team to create informative articles
* Utilize Gorgias, our customer service platform, to generate insightful reports on key performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
*Office Support:*
* Conduct occasional stock room product availability checks
* Put together USPS and FedEx packages and drop them off at USPS/FedEx locations near the office

*Experience:*
* Minimum 1-2 years prior working experience
* Prior marketing and/or customer service experience preferred
* College degree
