As an Account Manager on the Strategic Partnerships team, you'll help our existing partners understand the power of Lyft.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a portfolio of Lyft's strategic healthcare partners
Responsible for quarterly revenue goals and growing the book of business
Run partner and prospect meetings, trainings, product demonstrations, and quarterly business reviews
Serve as a trusted partner by understanding partners' business and challenges, continuously utilizing data to uncover opportunities for expansion or operational improvement
Become a subject matter expert on healthcare and transportation to understand partner priorities and anticipate partner needs
Work with cross-functional stakeholders across legal, compliance, strategy, product and marketing
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency and be an owner of change management
Manage and forecast sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
4+ years of account management, business development, management consulting, or similar experience
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and goals
Healthcare experience and understanding of payers, providers, and value-based care arrangements
Proficient in analyzing, interpreting, and extracting data for partner needs
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Team-first mentality and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
Proactive, self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to navigate complicated situations with a high-level of professionalism, customer service, and work ethic
Passion for Lyft's mission and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day.
Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $87,300 - $97,000.
Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
