Kim Cole Real Estate is hiring! We are looking for a Marketing Director who is creative, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented.
As a Marketing Director, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to promote properties effectively and efficiently.
This involves crafting compelling advertising campaigns, managing digital and print collateral, and leveraging various social channels to attract potential buyers - while fortifying the Kim Cole Real Estate brand.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities: *What You’ll Do:* · Maintain and distribute weekly client marketing report including performance metrics from the previous week, upcoming promotional schedule, and goals.
· Coordinate special events to attract new buyers and brokers, focusing on organization, promotion, and data retention of all attendees.
· Create and manage all marketing campaigns.
· Maintain MailChimp & KVCore databases.
· Create and distribute weekly eblasts for listings, events, and other content.
· Maintain website listings and create and implement monthly blog posts.
· Coordinate, monitor, and expand KCRE brand with social media including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Ensure Social media sites are current and accurate.
· Provide prospect reports through KVCore for Sales follow-up.
· Solicit and monitor Yelp and Zillow reviews.
· Order and set up appropriate signage for listings and open house activities.
· Coordinate with Web Designer to keep the website updated and accurate.
· Weekly review of MLS listings, updating Open House and Broker Tour postings, insuring consistency and accuracy.
· Work with Graphic Designer, agents, and management to produce and distribute flyers, postcards, and mailers, ensuring accuracy and brand authenticity.
· Coordinate video and photo shoots of properties, organizing content in Dropbox, and implementing into promotional activities.
· Coordinate and manage all staging and photography for each new listing.
*Skills:* · Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong knowledge of multiple digital channels and best ways to activate them through creative messaging.
· Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
· The ability to research, find and deliver concrete creative insights.
· Ability to master a very busy schedule with changing priorities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Pristine attention to detail.
· Positive spirit that is curious and interested to learn more.
· Experience with Mailchimp or something similar.
· Experience with Canva or other design platform (Adobe Suite, etc.
).
· Experience with Squarespace, Wordpress, or similar website building platforms.
· Experience in Microsoft Suite.
· Real Estate License a plus but not necessary.
