*Job Description for Account Director - City Graphics Solutions* This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and is also under the in direct supervision of the CEO and the CFO.
The Account Director is responsible for all administrative functions of the business, maintains the office, works with customers, helps manages employees, and is responsible for business practices and the operational success and efficiency of the company.
*Office Management * • Physical and office hours to be kept M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm unless out on something job related • In-office position, with additional external onsite/field work on a job-by-job basis • Candidates must be local to the Bay Area with reliable transportation *Sales Support - Account Management * • Assist with project budgeting and estimating to ensure that CGS's margins are met • Organize labor calls, site surveys, assessing logistics and equipment needs • Through QuickBooks, create estimates, sales orders, change orders, purchase orders, invoices, and responsible for timely closing out of all projects • Communicate with clients as needed and assist on managing accounts • Work in conjunction with A3 Visual's estimating, production, project coordinating team members to ensure that client's expectations are met • Experience managing 3rd party vendors/ RFP, contracts, invoices, and scheduling scope of work not required, but a plus • Work with CFO and accounting department to assure all QuickBooks accounting practices, processes and procedures are completed • Create purchase orders for all labor, 3rd party rentals/equipment, parts, supplies, etc.
(approvals required for internal labor needs and all hardware & equipment purchases) • Responsible for compiling all elements required in the project from warehouse pulling of inventory, loading of vehicles, delivery, unloading at site, all the same in reverse, all labor, hardware, 3rd party rental equipment, project management fees, disposal fees, etc.
collecting deposits and final payments • Primary contact with AAA Flag & Banner, and A3 Visuals for NetSuite's; estimating, quote, sales, and work order.
This includes creating, implementing, oversee production timelines to ensure that items are sold, produced, and delivery are met • Assist on CGS's marketing objectives and provide representation when needed while attending industry networking events • Exemplary abilities to be hands-on and client facing to ensure excellent customer experience *In-House Local 510 and Local 16 Union Liaison* · Act as a Foreman onsite to instruct and guide crews on scope of work and manage the timely and quality completion of work · Issue new hire packages to every new employee/union worker.
Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and legible.
Send completed packages to payroll department no later than 11:00 am on Monday mornings (sooner, if packages are available) · In-office position, with additional requirements to be onsite on a per client/customer satisfaction basis Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience level: * 5 years Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * San Francisco, CA 94124: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
