ArchRival is currently accepting resumes for Senior Sales Associates for its Mill Valley location.
We are seeking enthusiastic professionals with a passion for fitness, able to work effectively as a team, who can apply their knowledge to the varied needs of our customers.
Candidates must be able to work weekday mornings and Saturdays.
*Job Responsibilities*
- Provide high-level customer service, including providing customers with customized consultations and advice geared to their specific needs;
- Merchandise and inventory management;
- Manage, motivate, and train team members;
- Outreach activities to local fitness clubs, teams and schools, as well as the local podiatric and physical therapist communities;
- Identifying potential new products to be carried at ArchRival; and
- Manage store presentation and layout.

- Positive, enthusiastic commitment to working with each and every customer to meet their fitness needs;
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency; and
- Be proactive in your ongoing education regarding the company, products, services, sports injuries, and the ArchRival fitting process.
