Freelance Public Relations Content Writers/Editors
The ideal candidate has 3-to-5 years of professional writing and editing experience in preferably two of the following sectors: health/wellness, health IT, education, and technology.
Functions well in a fast-paced environment, is creative, edits with a high level of detail and accuracy, and has a proven track record with content writing projects such as byline articles, contributed blog posts and whitepapers.
A published track record is preferred.
Ability to identify compelling topics based on trends and client goals, conduct interviews, create article abstracts and write to abstract and publication guidelines with very little editing of own work required.
Well-versed in AP and Chicago Style Manual best practices.
Demonstrated track record editing own as well as other team member's written work.
Previous public relations writing experience is a strong plus.
