*Job Summary*
*Javco Windows and Glass* is seeking an experienced Sales Associate.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities within our area and maintaining customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the window and glass industry with a proven track record of successful sales management, strategic planning, and team building.
As the representative for our company, you have ownership and accountability to manage our window and glass contracting business.
The pay rate or range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000.

*Job Type:* Full-time Monday – Friday 8:45 am – 5:15 pm
*Essential Functions*
* Manage the day-to-day office operations and performance of contractual work
* Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
* Identify, develop and typically close new sales opportunities and maintain positive relationships with key accounts and customers
* Develop and deliver sales quotes to customers in a professional and effective manner
* Follow up weekly on all sales opportunities
* Conduct regular training sessions on job procedures and safety for employees
* Manage policy in the areas of quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time completion of jobs, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations and performance measures
* Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Conduct regular meetings with the owner to review ongoing work, procedures, problem-solving, etc.
*Knowledge and Skills*
* Strong computer skills
* Knowledge of P&Ls, job costing, and sales forecasting
* Operational management experience in the window and glass industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
* Experience with Andersen and Milgard products (preferred)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Professional demeanor and superior interpersonal skills are essential
* Proven ability to work well with others and motivate people
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with people at all levels of the organization
* Proactive & enthusiastic attitude toward solving challenging problems
*Qualifications*
* Five (5) to ten (10) years of progressive sales experience in the window and/or glass industry
* Be able to pass criminal background requirements
