This leader will run 1-2 large, global technology brands for the firm.
As a marketer and brand practitioner, this leader will direct and manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for producing advertising and editorial campaigns that are on target, on brand, and deliver on client business objectives.
They understand that doing this requires inspiring and empowering teams to do their best work.

They listen with empathy, explain the "whys" behind decisions, challenge assumptions (including their own), and confidently share their viewpoints.
We are looking for someone who can be a true partner to our clients and our cross-functional editorial and design teams; someone who can also support the larger Godfrey Dadich team in creating revolutionary work.
This San Francisco-based role, which reports to the COO, balances the responsibilities of building strong, lasting client relationships, team development, and productivity and identifying new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationships Oversee 1-2 large global technology accounts and support the growth and health of each client and their business Serve as the main point of contact for executive-level clients (CMO, CRO, CEO), advocating for the work and its audiences, and providing superior customer service while maximizing business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, maintaining a deep level of understanding about their business objectives and brand opportunities.
Accountable for ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time, and budget.
Strategic Leadership Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis Effectively present ideas or solutions internally/externally with an ability to command attention and manage group dynamics through compelling communications Partner with the business development team to seek out and develop new business opportunities with existing clients at first; eventually growing into external prospecting and business development.
Business and Client Partnership Growth Develop and maintain business plans for each client that are aligned with the GDP partnership growth goals; define and report quarterly to GDP partners on business KPIs Identify organic growth opportunities to expand how we can help our client partners and create additional value for their business.
Collaborate with the partnership and Growth teams to pitch new business and participate in client presentations to showcase the firm's capabilities.
Team Management Work with the client services team members to nurture their performance, skills, and personal development to ensure that all campaigns are executed flawlessly from briefing to post-campaign reporting Train and guide the team to ensure a full understanding of the client brand, their key products and services, business sectors, and buyer behaviors Provide mentorship to the team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed for success Campaign (Advertising and Editorial) Oversight Work closely with the creative, editorial, strategy, media, PM, and production teams to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations Work with program managers and media team to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and decide how best to provide insights to optimization recommendations to senior clients Contract Negotiation and Compliance Lead negotiations for client contracts; working closely with the Finance team and Director of Business Operations Ensure that the team and clients are complying with contractual obligations and manage any necessary modifications Qualifications: Proven experience working with—and successfully advising and presenting to—C-level executives and driving revenue growth Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus 10-12 years of experience in a customer-facing sales/client services/business development role, managing teams and building client relationships Proven experience developing, executing, and running large-scale campaigns Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital advertising, and emerging industry trends Experience working on extremely fast-paced businesses in a highly competitive and evolving industry Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented in a production-intensive environment Exceptionally strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Very familiar and active user of social media Godfrey Dadich is an organization dedicated to ideas, process, and vision.

The salary range for this role is $205,000 - $230,000.
Our salary offers take into consideration the skills and experience a candidate brings, pay equity across similar roles within GDP, and the market rate for similar roles outside of GDP.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
