#CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: This role is responsible for the brand and business performance for a US Business Unit, reporting directly to the BU Associate Director of Marketing.
In this role, you will: Develop and execute a three-year, consumer-led growth plan that helps deliver the BU NCS, profit, and margin targets.
This includes segment level commercial innovation, sustainability and product innovation projects Coach and develop the Kingsford cross-functional team with a focus on the GM mindset, analytical thinking, curiosity, and executing with excellence Market planning and execution for the Kingsford brand Drive priorities within the BU team; Influence and enable the Leadership Team and Business Unit to be more focused, faster, and growth-oriented Support a robust cost-savings pipeline and leverage tools like Net Revenue Management, Price Pack Architecture, etc.
to improve margin and drive profitable growth Manage S&OP business forecasts and achieve forecast accuracy targets Champion a world where everyone thrives and build a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship) Budget management include A&SP and Packaging What we look for: Min 24 months in an Associate Marketing Manager role Strong strategic thinker – able to take consumer and analytic insights and turn them into actionable plans.
Specific examples: concept work, innovation projects, marketing plans, topline management, pricing projects, competitive assessment Ability to effectively manage a budget as demonstrated through BSR or similar budget leadership Strong cross functional collaboration as demonstrated by ability to deliver results in a cross functional team and receive positive feedback from cross functional partners.
Results are defined as meeting or exceeding project objectives.
Ability to influence leadership, demonstrated through ability to advance ideas for recommendations to Director(s) and above.
Ability to influence team culture as demonstrated through participation in ERGs, IDEA, recruiting, and/or leadership in culture-driving activities Demonstrated aptitude with written and oral communication; e.

, compelling and succinct recommendations, sales stories, business performance analysis and project management.

–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100 –Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100 –Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
