#CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: The Sales Planning Team Manager will develop (within the business unit Studio) and deploy (to the field), one national, cross-channel, category growth driving customer strategy and business plan.

In this role, you will: Business Unit Operations: Manages customer oriented daily activities and collaborates with Customer Sales Planning team to frame acceptable range of outcomes to material risks and opportunities as they manifest.
LRP and SIP Planning: Owns customer input to deliver 3 yr.
LRP sufficiency, to include collaborating with Innovation team to plan, develop and commercialize innovation pipeline to meet LRP goals (particular focus on innovation projects and business initiative sprints) NRM Planning (Full Scope NRM, incl.
Pricing): Owns developing and driving execution of full scope NRM plans, to include strategic pricing and national reduced revenue funding plan development and deployment.
National Customer Business Plan: Owns the development and deployment (including required immersions) of one national 12-18mo.

S&OP/S&OE: Owns minimizing forecast error from customer teams and supports plan optimization Coaches and develops individual and those on broader Glad team What we look for: Proven experience within the CPG industry, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products (including but not limited to multi-type innovation and/or new customers & channels).
Prefer strong knowledge of the beauty/naturals category, consumer and trends.
Deep understanding of and curiosity for customer insights and competitive intelligence, with the ability to translate ambiguous findings into actionable strategies and go-to-market plans.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience coaching cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in forecasting new spaces and budgeting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, customer landscape, and consumer behaviors.
Workplace type: Must be located within the Oakland, CA area to be in office 3 days a week.
